Refund policy

All transactions are final. Data and web services prices may change any time. Our data products and web services are digital in nature, so we usually don't allow returns and refunds. But we will consider refunds in the following situations:

If it is an error on NPI Data Services part, we will try to resolve the issue. In case we cannot resolve it in reasonable time, we will refund.
NPI Data Services may refund for any data that was never downloaded, and refund for any web service that was never used. Refund request thru contact us page should be initiated within 24-hours from purchase.
