Never bill for an excluded provider — or pay the civil penalties.
Provider Signals Risk continuously screens your roster against OIG/LEIE, all-state Medicaid, SAM.gov, OFAC, and Medicare Opt-Out — and alerts you the moment a provider’s status changes, with an audit trail to prove it.
Built for the teams accountable for provider compliance.

The more you tell us, the fewer matches we miss.
Most federal & state exclusion lists don’t include an NPI — so NPI-only rosters miss real matches. When a source has no NPI, we fall back to name + DOB + location. Include as many fields as you can; we match on the whole set and show you every candidate to confirm — we never auto-flag a provider as excluded.

Questions, answered.
How is this different from a one-time LEIE lookup?
A lookup is stale the next day. Risk re-screens your whole roster against every source daily, and alerts you the moment anything changes.
How do you match my roster?
On the full identifier set together — NPI, name, DOB, city, state, ZIP — not any single field. NPI alone misses records because most lists don’t carry an NPI, so we fall back to name + location, and you confirm every candidate.
Can I upload by API?
Roster upload is via the web portal today, and the Results API on Elite pulls your alerts and screening results into your systems. If you want to screen a provider on demand from inside your own product — at hire, at credentialing, or before a claim goes out — that is the Provider Signals Screening API, sold separately.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — free forever, no credit card: monitor up to 10 providers.
